Chapter-59: Bad Dreams
Four things are helpful in avoiding had dreams:
- Ramanama
- Pure air, controlled breathing in open air, asanas etc.
- Pure food (Wheat, milk, vegetables) without spices and sweets.
- Physical work all day so as to ensure good sleep at night.
